Quarterly inspections
Scheduled visits to check every camera angle, clean lenses, inspect cables, verify recording, and test night vision.
Camera lens cleaning
Dust, cobwebs, and water spots are cleaned from all camera housings and lenses to maintain clear footage quality.
Firmware updates
Camera and NVR firmware kept up to date for security patches, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
Hard drive health checks
We monitor hard drive status, check for errors, and recommend replacement before a drive fails and you lose footage.
Priority emergency support
AMC customers get priority scheduling. When a camera goes down or your NVR throws an error, we respond fast — usually within 24 hours.
Written reports
After each visit, you get a report documenting what was checked, what was fixed, and any recommendations for the future.
