1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of EyeNox LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

EyeNox LLP is a registered Limited Liability Partnership providing professional CCTV installation, surveillance systems, ANPR parking solutions, and related security services across India.

2. Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • CCTV camera installation and configuration
  • IP camera setup and network configuration
  • NVR and cloud storage installation
  • Structured cabling and network infrastructure
  • ANPR parking system installation
  • Access control and biometric systems
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
  • Emergency repair and support services

The specific scope of work, equipment, and deliverables will be detailed in a project proposal or quotation provided before commencement of work.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the project quotation or invoice.
  • An advance payment may be required before project commencement.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of installation and client sign-off.
  • AMC payments are due as per the agreed schedule (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EyeNox LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or footage due to hardware failure, power outage, or internet disruption beyond our control
  • Damages arising from unauthorized access to security systems
  • Loss or damage caused by third-party equipment or software

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

5. Warranty

  • Installation workmanship is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of completion.
  • Hardware warranties are subject to the respective manufacturer's warranty terms and durations.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, electrical surges, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
  • AMC services are provided as per the agreed contract terms and are separate from warranty coverage.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Providing safe and timely access to the installation site
  • Ensuring availability of power supply at the installation location
  • Obtaining any necessary permissions or approvals from property owners or local authorities
  • Notifying us promptly of any issues or concerns with the installed system

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
